The Caymus Wine Dinner held at Echelon last Wednesday will not soon be forgotten. Guest that attended are still reminiscing about the delectable seared Calico Scallops as well as the other 4 courses that were served. The wines from Caymus showed very well and reminded us of how expressive these beautiful Napa Valley wines are. Every guest that I spoke with over the course of the evening and the days after were absolutely blown away by the menu that Chef Tim Dabrowa put together as well as the level of service they received. I would like to take a moment to say “Thank You” to all who attended that evening. Seeing the dining room filled with smiles and laughter is more rewarding than words can express. I would also like to thank Rich Bowan of Caymus Winery and Jeff Adler of Empire Distributors for being a part of the evening and educating guests on the history of Caymus and how the became one of the biggest names in the wine industry. Last, but certainly not least, I thank my staff for their hard work and flawless execution of service. You hold a very special place in my heart and love each of you dearly. I’m looking forward to many more events like this in the future and making ourselves known as a destination in the Milton/Alpharetta area.

It is amazing what we take for granted everyday, but it is the simple things that make life so special! The view from the new clubhouse is spectacular! (Even if he is just mowing greens! 
The Overlook @ Echelon is open daily for lunch at 11am and Friday, Saturday for dinner at 5:30pm.

We’re 8 days away from our Caymus Wine Dinner on October 25th. This is a “Do Not Want To Miss” event. Rich Bowen of Caymus Winery will be joining us to taste our guests though some of the classics that put Caymus on the map, as well as some of the new projects that Chuck Wagner and his family are working on. We will also be raffling off a 1.5 liter bottle of 2012 Caymus Special Selection Cabernet and a 3 liter bottle of 2013 Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet.
Join us on October 25th and enjoy these beautiful Napa Valley wines and a 4 course dinner created by Chef Tim Dabrowa and our Sommelier Kevin McKinney. We will start dinner service promptly at 7:00. The cost is $100/person and we request that you RSVP by October 22nd. To make a reservation, please call the clubhouse at 770-888-4653 ext. 103 and we’ll be happy to reserve your table. All attendees MUST be 21 or older. We will also require a 48 hour cancellation notice or you may be charged the full price of the dinner. SHOW SWEETWATER YOUR BIG CATCH! In October and November, 420 and IPAs will be in limited release of 12 oz & 16 oz cans with artwork of our rainbow trout. Stack up three or more to create a fish — the more empties you stack, the bigger the catch.
Take a pic, tag it #fishforafish, and we’ll work alongside the DNR to stock a fish in a stream to make sure those big browns and record rainbows are in our favorite fishing holes for years to come. One fish in a pic = one fish in a stream.

We are teaming up with SweetWater Brewery for our first of many Tap Takeovers on October 21st on The Overlook patio. Popular ATL brews to be featured include 420 Extra Pale Ale, Dank Tank Series “Sticky Nugs”, Hash Session (IPA) and Mexican Lager (Hatchery Series Release #2).
Beers will be served as a flight of four ($20) or as single pints ($7) and are available only on the The Overlook patio.
This series takes place on the third Saturday of every month. Don’t miss an opportunity to try some of Georgia’s best craft beers and cocktails!
