
The Caymus Wine Dinner held at Echelon last Wednesday will not soon be forgotten. Guest that attended are still reminiscing about the delectable seared Calico Scallops as well as the other 4 courses that were served. The wines from Caymus showed very well and reminded us of how expressive these beautiful Napa Valley wines are. Every guest that I spoke with over the course of the evening and the days after were absolutely blown away by the menu that Chef Tim Dabrowa put together as well as the level of service they received. I would like to take a moment to say “Thank You” to all who attended that evening. Seeing the dining room filled with smiles and laughter is more rewarding than words can express. I would also like to thank Rich Bowan of Caymus Winery and Jeff Adler of Empire Distributors for being a part of the evening and educating guests on the history of Caymus and how the became one of the biggest names in the wine industry. Last, but certainly not least, I thank my staff for their hard work and flawless execution of service. You hold a very special place in my heart and love each of you dearly. I’m looking forward to many more events like this in the future and making ourselves known as a destination in the Milton/Alpharetta area.
